入居者様への費用請求はございません。弊社でもお引渡し前に室内確認をしておりますが、気になる方は弊社HP「故障・トラブルはこちら」より損耗箇所の写真をご共有くださいませ。なお、入居者様の故意・過失、善管注意義務違反による損耗により修繕・交換が必要となった場合は入居者様のご負担となる可能性もございます。
